WHAT DAY IS IT?

Oops.

I feel like I've been here before, but this post should have been up YESTERDAY. I guess eating all that turkey has killed off some much needed brain cells. Oy!

I hope everyone had a wonderful and fulfilling Thanksgiving! I was exhausted by the end of the day, but satisfied. The handle to my measuring cup broke off in my hands, half the eggs had gone bad (how does that happen?) and the dough flat refused to rise, but all in all, everything turned out wonderful. I was surrounded by family and loved ones, and that's what I am thankful for. I love my holidays, and Thanksgiving is one of the best.

Oh, and I'm thankful for stuffing. The stuffing this year was AMAZING! So good it was all gone by Friday, and I made more on Saturday, cuz why not?

Anyway, NEWS! I have news today instead of a review, although I did finish Hero and shed many tears cuz it was the five-star book I've been needing from Salvatore for a while now.

But NEWS!

First topic. For the whole month of December, the ebook of After - The Complete Book One is on sale for only $0.99!! This is an amazing deal, so if you haven't started the journey yet, DO IT NOW. That's all three parts of After wrapped up in one very large $0.99 ebook. Make sure to grab it before the end of the year!

Next topic. Those nifty cover updates! I'm really loving the uniformity of them and can't wait to reveal the Dreamland - Part Two and Part Three covers. (Yes, Part Three!)

And here is the 'reveal' for Dreamland - Part One. I say 'reveal' because it's actually been live on Amazon for some time now, but I haven't updated it on my website yet, nor officially announced it.

Bam! And what can you expect next Tuesday? The cover for Dreamland - Part Two!

This book has been so long in coming, and this month has been super hectic. I know my editor is currently on chapter nine of ten, so I should be getting all those wonderful words back to correct and polish, and (FINGERS CROSSED) get out by the end of the year! Yes, I'm still optimistic this can be done!

And the reason why November was so hectic? I once again faced the NaNoWriMo mountain and succeeded in ascending all 50k words to complete the challenge for 2016! As promised, all of those words went into Dreamland - Part Three, so I have a good chunk of the first draft under my belt. However, along with that came some more rewrites I didn't even know I needed for part two, but that makes for a better book.

Man, this year went by fast. Only one month left to go! I will have more news for you soon, so check back next week. I might even be able to sneak another review in before the end of the year. Until then, Happy Reading all! Stay safe and get those Christmas lights up! The holiday season is well underway, now!
